Gain Clarity Find Joy Retreat | Arizona
Come home to yourself.
Four days. A small group of people who get it. And the space to finally put down what you've been carrying, so you can remember who you are underneath all the performing, the pleasing, and the holding it together.
For the ones who are so tired of being "the strong one"
You've done the work. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even sat across from a therapist or a coach. You understand why you shut down, why you pursue, why you abandon yourself for connection.
But understanding it in your head and actually feeling safe in your body are two different things.
If you're craving a space where you don't have to explain your trauma responses, don't have to perform "healed," and don't have to hold it all together for anyone else for a few days — you're not asking for too much. You're asking for exactly what your nervous system needs.
You know these feelings well
✦ You're exhausted from being everyone's safe place. You hold space for everyone else's feelings, and no one's holding yours.
✦ You understand your patterns, but you're still stuck in them. You know it's your nervous system, your attachment wounds, your protective parts, but knowing hasn't been enough to change how it feels in the moment.
✦ You've lost touch with joy, play, and who you are outside of your roles. Somewhere along the way, being "responsible" and "together" took over, and the parts of you that used to feel alive got quietly put away.
✦ You're craving connection that doesn't cost you yourself. You want to be around people who understand healing without needing you to explain or justify it.
You're in the right place.
This retreat isn't another course to get through or another framework to learn. It's a few days to actually live what secure, connected, embodied feels like — with people walking a similar path.
CHOOSE YOUR ROOMWhat you need right now
You need permission to rest without earning it. Not "self-care" squeezed into a lunch break — real, unstructured time where nothing is expected of you.
You need to meet the parts of you that took over to keep you safe. The protector, the pleaser, the one who learned to disappear — so you can understand them instead of fighting them.
You need to remember what joy feels like in your body. Not the idea of joy. The actual, physical, laughing-until-it-hurts feeling of it.
You need a plan for taking this feeling home with you. Because the real work isn't what happens at the retreat — it's what you carry back into your everyday life.
CHOOSE YOUR ROOMIntroducing the Gain Clarity Find Joy Retreat
October 15 at 4:00 PM through October 18 at 11:00 AM, 2026
A four-day, trauma-informed retreat hosted by Clint & Calli at their home in Arizona — built around one emotional arc: reconnecting, understanding, experimenting, and living.
You'll move through nervous system regulation, parts work, inner child healing, and genuinely playful, embodied joy — all held in a small, safe, supported space. Not a workshop you sit through. An experience you live through, with your body as well as your mind.
Spots are limited and filling now. This is a real, bookable event, not a someday.
CHOOSE YOUR ROOMWhat's actually inside the retreat
The retreat follows a four-day arc, each day with its own emotional focus:
Thursday
Arrive
Who am I when I don't have to perform? Arrival, settling in, a welcome circle, a long communal dinner outdoors, and an opening fire circle: What I'm Ready to Put Down. The evening closes with unstructured connection by the firepit.
Friday
The Secure Self
Coming back to the parts of me I've left behind. This is the deeper therapeutic day: gentle grounding yoga, the Secure Self Method Workshop (self-trust vs. self-confidence), a session on Meeting Your Protective Parts, and built-in "nothing" time to rest, swim, journal, or simply be. The day closes with breathwork and a sound bath under the desert sky.
Saturday
Reclaiming Joy
Joy gets to matter, too. An optional sunrise hike, a big brunch, the Inner Child Workshop (Who Were You Before You Learned Who You Should Be?), an Inner Child Pool Party, an Authentic Self Experience, and a dedicated Joy Night.
Sunday
Take Yourself Home
How do I take myself home with me? Slow restorative movement, a Future Secure Self exercise, building your own Secure Self Plan, and a closing circle of witnessing before departures.
You'll be held by Clint & Calli throughout, alongside guest facilitators for yoga, breathwork, and sound bowl work.
CHOOSE YOUR ROOMYour investment
Rooms are sold by the bed, shared accommodation (no private rooms). Select your room type below to book. Once a room type sells out, it's gone.
All meals are included. Stocked breakfasts and lunches, catered dinners each evening.
This retreat is for you if...
- You're a cycle-breaker — doing the work to heal patterns you didn't create, so they stop with you
- You're high-achieving and introspective, but exhausted from carrying everyone's emotional load
- You understand attachment theory, nervous system regulation, or parts work — and you're ready to feel it, not just study it
- You're craving a safe, supported space to slow down without having to explain yourself
- You want connection with people who don't need convincing that healing is disruptive, or that your needs aren't "too much"

Meet Clint & Calli
Clint and Calli are trauma-informed relationship coaches (and before that, therapists) who help individuals and couples heal attachment wounds, move out of emotional shutdown, and build relationships that feel safe.
They're married, they co-parent, and they've navigated their own separation and reconciliation, so what they teach isn't theoretical. It's lived.
This retreat is an extension of everything they believe: that healing isn't about trying harder, it's about coming home to who you actually are.
