FREE WORKSHOP | COMMUNITY HEALING
What was hurt in relationships can be healed in relationships.
A free workshop with Clint & Calli on why healing alone feels so exhausting, and what your nervous system actually needs to feel safe with people again.
Youâve read the books. Youâve saved the posts. You can probably name your attachment style.
And still, when someone says âcan we talk?â, your chest tightens. You go quiet when you wish you could speak up. You say yes while your whole body is saying no.
That doesnât mean youâre failing at healing.
It means most of what we learned in relationships isnât stored as a thought. It lives in the body. And the body doesnât update from reading. It updates from new experiences, with people who feel safe enough.
Thatâs what this workshop is about.
What youâll learn
In this workshop, weâll walk you through:
âŚÂ The nervous system ladder. A simple way to notice whether youâre in green, yellow or blue, so you can catch yourself before a reaction takes over.
âŚÂ Why insight isnât enough on its own. Why understanding your patterns doesnât stop them, and what actually helps your body learn something new.
⌠Neuroception and co-regulation. How your body is constantly scanning for safety, and why none of us ever stop needing other people to help us settle.
⌠Earned security. Why your attachment style is information, not a life sentence, and how secure attachment can be built in adulthood.
⌠Parts work, gently. How to meet the nervous, watchful, people-pleasing or shut-down parts of you without fighting or overriding them.
⌠When your partner isnât meeting you there. An honest conversation about what to do when youâre doing the work and theyâre not, including what happened in our own relationship.
You wonât just listen
Partway through, weâll guide you through a short practice called â1% safer.â Itâs a way to notice what helps your body feel even a little safer, and to respond to yourself in the moment.
Itâs small, and thatâs the point. Healing doesnât have to be big and dramatic.
What to expect
We always tell you whatâs coming, so nothing catches you off guard.
âŚÂ The workshop was recorded live with our community and runs about [90] minutes.
âŚÂ  It includes a check-in, some teaching, a gentle guided practice, a moment to reflect, and questions from our members.
âŚÂ Every practice is optional. Watch, pause, skip or come back later.
âŚÂ You donât need a partner, and you donât need to be âfar enough along.â
If part of you feels nervous about anything group-shaped, that part makes sense. For a lot of us, groups werenât safe places. You can watch this alone, in your own time, with no one watching you back.
This is for you if...
- Youâre the one who holds everything together, and youâre tired
- You understand your patterns but still canât stop repeating them
- Youâve been trying to heal on your own, and it feels lonely
- Youâre single and want to stop saying âIâm fineâ when youâre not
- Youâre partnered and stuck in the same pursue-withdraw loop
- Youâre navigating distance from family and want to know safer relationships are possible
- Youâre a cycle-breaker, figuring this out without a map
Meet Clint & Calli
Weâre Clint and Calli. Weâre married, we co-parent, and weâre trauma-informed relationship coaches who spent years as therapists.
Weâve also been through our own separation and found our way back to each other. So when we talk about repair, weâre not teaching theory. Weâre sharing what got us through.
You donât have to do this alone.
This workshop is a small way in, one you can take at your own pace.
Youâll get instant access to the replay, plus a few emails from us over the next week. You can unsubscribe at any time.
"I have been following and listening to you all for a while. If I lived in your state I would be knocking at your door! I am thankful that you all have opened up your practice to make your concepts and how you teach them available online! You all are blessing others with your work."

"Your work in the field of folks doing this work, has landed the most clearly with me. There are other who have excellent videos and insights. But the inclusion of IFS has made it the most accessible for me since I am doing that work in my individual counseling."

"You all do AWESOME WORK! You are an inspiration. You have a way of connecting with your audience where you give information that impacts their day-to-day and you do it in a way that is relatable. That's such a gift. Keep it up. You two are crushing it!!!"
